Bulancak Limited was established in 1978 in Cyprus. Head office of Bulancak Limited is located in the Haspolat Industrial Zone in Nicosia. The company started its activities by manufacturing agricultural machinery. Bulancak Limited is especially specialized on ground processing machinery like Ploughs, Cultivators and Rippers as well as Seeders.
In 1980s, marketing and project management of sprinkling systems were among activity fields of Bulancak Limited. In those years, relationships were established with Aksan and Avcioglu companies from Turkey, Bauer company from Austria, and Perrot company from Germany and a lot of static and dynamic sprinkling system projects were completed. In parallel to these activities, Bulancak Limited established its branch in Güzelyurt area in order to be closer and to offer better services to farmers in this area in terms of irrigational farming.
In 1990s, along with the master project studies aimed at controlling the water resources of North Cyprus, Bulancak Limited offered Water Transfer, Drainage, Filtration, Landscaping, Irrigation and Dripping Irrigation services. In Güzelyurt Citrus area, project management, implementation and control of a total of 15000 da project was done by Bulancak Limited. The largest water transfer project of the region, the “Gemikonağı Pond Diversion Conduction” project was implemented with steel pipes. In addition to these, a number of Football Playgrounds were successfully planted with grass and irrigated, including the Atatürk Stadium. Bulancak Limited proved to be very successful in sewerage system renewal projects and drinking water line renewal projects as well.
In 2000s, Bulancak Limited raised its targets to the levels required by the century. Bulancak Limited headed to Turkey and aimed at reflecting its knowledge and experience in modern agricultural projects in Turkey market as well. For this reason, in August 2004, a new company was established in Turkey with a head office in Mersin. This new company offered project management, consulting, procurement, engineering and application services for modern irrigation, building greenhouses and landscaping projects.
